The Leadership Collective is a six month leadership development programme for high potential construction professionals.
Designed for those up to a decade into their careers, the programme brings together a carefully selected cohort of just 12 participants from across consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
Every session includes an exclusive Fireside Conversation with one of construction’s most respected leaders.
These aren’t keynote presentations. They’re honest discussions about the moments that shaped careers.
