70% of our working lives is spent communicating; yet we are never taught to consciously communicate.
This workshop teaches participants self-awareness on their current communication style; how to consciously communicate and the psychology of communications.
The workshop gives participants tools and techniques to better communicate with their team and in the workplace.

Understand how communication is a key element in establishing new behaviours and equip yourself with techniques to consciously communicate with your team, the wider business, clients and stakeholders.

- This workshop is for individuals, groups and teams up to 10 people
- Our workshops are delivered as a half-day (3 hours) live face to face session or via teams
- Our small class sizes mean your facilitators are able to provide extra support throughout the session and every participant can contribute
- We create a safe space for our cohorts to share experiences confidentially
- Our workshops adapt to individual levels – We set personal objectives and tailor tools to individual skill sets
- All our workshops are followed by a booster program to help participants embed tools & techniques and achieve their objectives
- This workshop is part of our 6 month Foundations Workshop Programme
