Our thought provoking and reflective Emotional Intelligence Workshops explore the key quadrants of the EI framework and practices of emotional intelligence.
Our emotional intelligence workshops are created with a blend of biology, psychology & anthropology to help participants better understand their thoughts, emotions & behaviours to a deeper level.
Our workshops teach practical skills & positive psychology techniques to help participants build better relationship skills for life, and in the workplace.

- This workshop is for individuals, groups and teams up to 10 people
- Our workshops are delivered as a half-day (3 hours) live face to face session or via teams
- Our small class sizes mean your facilitators are able to provide extra support throughout the session and every participant can contribute
- We create a safe space for our cohorts to share experiences confidentially
- Our workshops adapt to individual levels – We set personal objectives and tailor tools to individual skill sets
- All our workshops are followed by a booster program to help participants embed tools & techniques and achieve their objectives
- This workshop is part of our 6 month Foundations Workshop Programme
