Foundations Workshop Program

Our 6-month Foundations Workshop Program equips leaders and managers with the tools to consciously communicate, manage themselves under pressure, and role-model the behaviours that drive engagement.

Through interactive workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship management, participants build the skills to:

  • Hold open and constructive conversations
  • Handle conflict with confidence
  • Lead resilient, high-performing teams

Foundation Workshop Program Modules:

  1. Conscious Communications I: Psychology of communication, conscious communication, feedback tools.
  2. Conscious Communications II: Difficult conversations, radical candour, assertive/non-violent communication.
  3. Emotional Intelligence – Self-Awareness: Understanding beliefs, behaviours, and emotional vocabulary.
  4. Emotional Intelligence – Self-Regulation: Managing stress and behaviours under pressure.
  5. Emotional Intelligence – Social Awareness/Empathy: Conscious listening, empathy, shifting perspectives.
  6. Emotional Intelligence – Relationship Management: Influence, mentoring, conflict management, inspiring cultural architects.
