Foundations Workshop Program

Our Foundations Workshop Programme is a 6-month development journey designed to equip leaders & managers with the tools to consciously communicate, manage themselves under pressure, and role-model the behaviours that drive engagement.

Through workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship management, participants learn how to hold open conversations, handle conflict, and build stronger, more resilient teams.

Foundation Workshop Program Modules:

  1. Conscious Communications I: Psychology of communication, conscious communication, feedback tools.
  2. Conscious Communications II: Difficult conversations, radical candour, assertive/non-violent communication.
  3. Emotional Intelligence – Self-Awareness: Understanding beliefs, behaviours, and emotional vocabulary.
  4. Emotional Intelligence – Self-Regulation: Managing stress and behaviours under pressure.
  5. Emotional Intelligence – Social Awareness/Empathy: Conscious listening, empathy, shifting perspectives.
  6. Emotional Intelligence – Relationship Management: Influence, mentoring, conflict management, inspiring cultural architects.
