The Condor Collective believes 2022 will be a year of new beginnings. This is a great time for companies to deep dive into what will help excel their growth now we are (hopefully!) moving into a post COVID world.

As recruiters, we have a responsibility to establish the profession as a ‘beacon of excellence’ for gender equality and to set an example to the sectors and businesses we partner with.

She’s the only woman in her engineering department and the only black person. And while she feels the absence of female or black role models in the industry, it’s not race or gender which holds her back, it’s her age.
